The Dual-Zone Culinary Configuration
The Périple culinary infrastructure is divided into internal and external processing zones, facilitating operational versatility across diverse environmental contexts.

Internal thermal processing is centered on a high-efficiency induction system. This electromagnetic interface allows for precise caloric control while minimizing ambient heat transfer to the cabin environment. A high-volume extraction system is integrated to manage thermal effluent, vapor, and particulate matter, ensuring the maintenance of a consistent internal atmosphere.
Auxiliary processing is provided by a 20L integrated microwave, specified for rapid thermal cycles and energy efficiency during off-grid operation.
Primary cold storage is managed by a 170L dual-zone compressor refrigeration system. This unit is calibrated for thermal stability and high-volume capacity, ensuring the preservation of perishable inventory across varied ambient conditions. The dual-zone architecture allows for independent temperature regulation, optimizing the organization of fresh and frozen assets during extended transit.
